A Bit About Me

I help yogis optimize their home practice, integrating science and yoga with online courses, virtual downloads & private classes.

Hello! I'm the literal Grace in the metaphorical Grace, ME. I am looking forward to serving your virtual home yoga learning needs! I'm a doctor of physical therapy, yoga instructor, certified lymphedema therapist and dancer. I currently work in skilled nursing but also have experience in outpatient and pediatrics. I love to add a little magic to my life with yoga but also be evidence informed in my recommendations. Since I now work with older adults and am becoming older myself daily I’m interested in graceful aging and promoting positive aging worldviews. I look forward to meeting you where you are, no matter your physical limitations or mental health needs, and I hope this practice will serve you well beyond a physical exercise. Let's practice together!

Digital Downloads

I have mindfully made digital products available for purchase and download. These include the following: desktop and phone backgrounds to inspire throughout the year, infographics describing yoga and Ayurveda concepts, icons, stickers, notion templates, photography, digital books and course outlines. I enjoy making these so let me know if there is something you want me to make.

Inspiration

As promised the yoga for summer video is here! I post regularly on my instagram with inspiration for your home practice! I have a YouTube channel where I post some guided practices, slow TV.. if you know, you know :) and whatever else I'm inspired to share. I post blogs here occasionally, again when I'm inspired myself. I'm considering doing an email newsletter if you'all would be into that. Get on my email list!
